The night clerk was super helpful and super kind. I had left overs and no utensils and graciously found me some and she even helped me with my desert dilemma (yes, I said desert dilemma) I settled on a chocolate muffin! The house keepers were great also. The hotel and my room looked and smelled clean,, comfortable beds, plush pillows and plush towels.

Stayed for 5 nights and breakfast varied somewhat everyday. It was better than other similar class hotels. King room size was good and liked the wooden floors. Pools was small but decent. Didn't use the jacuzzi. Room was clean when we checked in and soap and towels were of good quality.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to contact the front desk at 10 pm on a Saturday night for a typical maintenance issue that could happen anywhere. The maintenance guy fixed it quickly. The breakfast buffet was always well-stocked, which was amazing since the hotel was booked that weekend. Staff was very friendly. Every housekeeping person I saw always said hello and wished me a good day. Room was very nice and clean and bed was very comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was great; the staff were very friendly and responded to my concerns quickly and with professionalism; and the room was nice but needs to have a comfortable chair in it, and clean blinds.

The room was configured well and well supplied. It was quiet without exception. The card access was touch- only capability. There was a snack bar available 24x7 and was always supplied with fresh food and drinks. The staff was considerate and always attend to my needs regardless of what was going on. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied for all palates and customs.

The location was amazing. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great haven’t had a good breakfast like that in over a year. I will be visiting again soon.

I liked that when I checked in, I asked the clerk if I could have a room on a lower floor, and he got me on the second floor. It was very quiet and I was fully satisfied.
